OUR COMMITMENT

Jora Capital Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing prompt, fair, and effective resolution of all customer grievances.

We have established the following grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

LEVEL 1: LODGE A COMPLAINT

Customers may raise a complaint by contacting us through the following:

All complaints will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe
A response will be provided within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt
If additional time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly

If the customer is not satisfied with the response, or does not receive a response within 7 working days, the complaint may be escalated to the NBFC partner:

LEVEL 3: ESCALATION TO RBI OMBUDSMAN

If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days from the date of lodging the complaint, or if the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, the customer may approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman.
